18 MONTH CLAIN UNSETTLED (CL24931)

<p>I had an accident last year 23-03-2015 which has still not been settled and Wesbank have issused a final notice to settle the account I am now facing legal action and have to come up with R 23 799.09 in 30 days. I have handed in all documentation asked a witness to provide a statement. Allen Pollock who works for their legal department has even failed to give me an update regarding the claim. Everyday I call and spend 90 minutes trying to call to no avail. Allen Pollock says since I drove straight when the robot was green I am liable even though accident report and witness identified that I was not wrong. I have also been made to pay for towing fees. The car responsible was a Captiva with a broken headlight and fender yet Anderson claims that it costs over R100 000. Anderson Insurance Underwriters is a **** which exploits clients looking to pay less on their insurance premuim, refrain and cancel you policy immediately before its too late. </p>
