Be very careful of these people, they are ripping customers off. I took my generator in as there was an issue getting power from the generator. They had a look and 3 hours later the informed me that the alternator had blown and it would cost R7800.00 to repair. In disbelief I removed the generator from their premises. I decided to took a look myself as the generator is supposedly damage beyond economical repair. I noticed that the carbon brushes were not making good contact and decided to replace the brushes at a cost of R145.00. Low and behold the generator runs perfectly. I approached Anderson Generators, and they shrugged off my concerns and took no responsibility. Bevery careful of these ******* artists
