Anderson Bradshaw - Took Fees But Did not do the Work

<p>We signed an agreement with Anderson Bradshaw on the 30th of September 2016 to assist us with submitting our Franchise Tax Board returns, negotiate a reduction in the amount owed to FTB and get our shelf company reinstated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Due to huge currency variance between South African and America we negotiated to pay their 7 500 USD fee in three installments which they duly did by debiting the owner's AMEX card.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since they obtained our payment we have received very little to no response. Finally their company president Jeff Klinger sent us an email on the 4th of April to advise that they have exhausted all avenues and cant assist us but will graciously refund us 1 500 USD.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon requesting copies of all the submitted FTB returns and correspondence between their office and Franchise Tax Board to justify the 6 000 USD they took from us I was advised that the returns were never done! Without the returns having been done none of the appeal process could have taken place or a compromise negotiated with FTB.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our company is now in a position where 7 months have passed, we are no further with our objection at FTB and we have paid Anderson Bradshaw 7 500 USD (R100 000) for doing nonthing. My request for a refund of the 7 500 USD has not been attended to. </p>
