Unprofessional and BAD service

<p>I recieved an email from Anders Attorneys that stated that i can R1400.00 to settle my account but if i accept this offer i can either call, email or fax stating that i am accepting the offer. So ie emailed Michelle Buys who is the consultant i alloctated to me i guess. Sio i sent her the email telling her thati accept the offer and will pay the R1400.00 by the end of April beacuse the offer was only valid till then. I never got a reply from her but i took for granted that she got it. So i settled the account and sent her another email asking her to please forward me a letter stating that this account is settled aand closed, i still still didnt get a reply from her. Two weeks ago i got an sms from Anders Attorneys with another offer to settle the account, i was very surprised i then sent Michelle Buys another email asking her to please advise what is going on, she never rep****. The following day i called her and asked her whats going on, she toldme she did not recieve my email. So i emailed her all the emails id sent to her and she still insisted that she isnot getting any emails from me. This was very surprising, so i sent her an email using a different email address and she still insisted that she is not getting any emails from me. I then asked her what is the way forward because i accepted the first offer took and have emails to prove it, emails that have the correct email address and didnt get any undelivery notes back. She promised she would call back and have this matter settled, but till this day she still hasnt. I tried calling Anders Attorneys today and no answer, noone is responsing to my emails despite cc'ing their complaints department, it department, enquiries department and ***.</p> <p>I am fed up with this and donot appreciate the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism and lack of interest from Michelle Buys. She couldnt have been bothered with helping me and getting to the bottom of this.</p>
