Tired of your harassment!!!
My account was in 2 months arrears last year. Upon Christine calling me, I settled the arrears and started paying as normal. FNB was notified regarding my temporal financial issues , however they still handed over my account. Now they have been debiting my account directly and it is not in arrears.... I would like to know why you keep harassing me regarding my Loan account. As I have explained in many ways that FNB is debiting my account directly from NOV 2017. What is it that you are collecting from me.!!!? I have sent you emails from January requesting you remove my details from your system. Leandre April had guts to tell me today that you will never do that, until FNB instructs you ...WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN COLLECTICTING ? who is paying for the smses and phone calls?
