They couldn't care less

First off, their contact number never works, it's been over a month since I first called and today the number is still not working! It rings once, then the line goes dead. Left a message on their site requesting my remaining balance and all I get back is an email with an attachment titled 'early defaulter' and requesting that payment be made, which I will do, but I want to know what my balance is, like a statement of account so I can see what's happening or should I just pay every month blindly hoping that it will be settled soon. Just like the money that was spent by me deserves to be paid over, I deserve to know where this money is going and what is remaining. I have left messages before with no reply thereafter, this coupled with the fact that their number never works is beginning to sound like the way the **** and con artists work. For a legal institution, this is just plain ridiculous.
