Shocking service from employees
The most shocking service ever if you have any accounts to settle which they handle they call you and sms you three times a month and herass you thencif you settle your debt you hear nothing from them. When you call or mail requesting your settlement letter you get extremely rude and insulting people like Tshiamo Morifi assisting you telling you you must wait now additional time for your letter because they are not doing there job. I am wowed by the level of customer service would not recommend them to people I hate.

14 Jun 2019, 11:13Our mandate with our client is to recover debt and inform them when the debt is paid up. Then only, will they supply us with a paid up letter to be sent to the client. But there is a waiting period of 45 days and, unfortunately, we have no control over this. I know it is very frustrating.

14 Jun 2019, 11:15It makes things very difficult for us as well, but we have no say or control over our clients internal rules and policies. I do apologise for the inconvenience. I have discussed the matter with Tshiamo. She has been reprimanded for not handling the situation with more care and understanding.
