Serious harassment by Anders Inc!

I have an absa credit card that I started paying back monthly of my own accord. When I asked absa for a statement after 6 months of paying, they referred me to Anders Inc. Since then anders have been hounding me a few times during the month with smses and emails, telling me I better make payments. <br> <br> Today they sent me threatening (rude!!) smses and emails and hounded me telephonically because, according to them, I did not make my payment and have now defaulted on an agreement (what agreement?) and they will now have a judgement taken out against me... yet I paid the account 2 days ago?! I have NO payment arrangement in place with them, I started making payments long before they clued in about me. Now I am harassed day and night, even after I sent them an email to say that I paid the account already and that I want proof of this 'agreement' they keep referring to - no reply yet to either of my 2 emails sent to them todat. I am upset and disgusted by this company who think they can just bully you!!! I did nothing wrong. Stop the smses, the emails and the phone calls or I will report this matter (not the first time!) to a higher authority.
