Pathetic service
Received a settlement offer and paid off the same day. Up until today I have not received a paid up letter or even an email confirming receipt for the proof of payment sent. I have sent emails to Christine and Koketso but no response received thus far...

Thank you for your post. I am truly sorry that your experience dealing with our agents has been an unpleasant one. Rest assured, I will investigate and find out exactly why you have not received the required correspondents from the necessary individuals.
I don't deal directly with the processes on our FNB collections side, but to my knowledge, we need to request a paid up letter directly from FNB once a settlement has been paid. I believe the turn around time for us to receive the paid up letter from FNB is 45 working days. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to supply you with a paid up letter from our side. Having said that, you should at least have received an email from our offices confirming your payment.
Please accept my sincerest apologies. I will get to the bottom of this.

Please could you explain why it must take 45 working days for us to receive a paid up letter and secondly if you do not deal directly with FNB then why are you guys acting on behalf of FNB? Lastly I have not received confirmation that you guys received my proof of payment. Is it going to take another 45 days?? I am unhappy and going on other social media platforms to voice my concerns!!!!!

I think maybe I didn't explain clearly. I don't personally deal with our FNB collections processes. I only handle complaints and network administration. We, as a company do deal directly with FNB collections. We are one of their preferred collections agencies. I can't give you a reason as to why FNB will only supply us with paid up letters after 45 working days, but I believe it is due to payment reversals, account recons and so forth. All I know is that this is FNB's policy on paid up letters.
I did send you an email, but it doesn't seem to want to deliver to your yahoo email address. Koketso also sent you an email last week regarding your settlement, but the email wasn't delivered to you. If you have an alternative email address where we can contact you, please email me that address so that I can send you further correspondence.
