Paid up letter issue

I've been calling and emailing your law firm with no response. I need paid up letter from you guys. We had a agreement that if I paid my debt with you I will get my paid up letter but I'm still waiting.

At absa they saying I'm still owing them since you haven't updated my information. What you doing is not right, when you need money you call non stop but once paid you fail to meet your end of agreement. My reference is R13201 please see to it that I do get my paid up letter.
