I'm being ignored after settling my debt, I need my paid up letter as agreed.

After harassing me with emails and messages you called and offered me a settlement fee of which I agreed to pay in installments starting from October to December 2020. After each and every payment I made I emailed Koketso proof of payment as per agreement. To my suprises Koketso wasn't even acknowledging my emails as before when she needed documents from me to approve settlement fee.

I kept on receiving emails demanding payments with threats and I was surprised coz I was paying, now I'm done paying I've been emailing all those who were sending me emails none of them is replying to my emails.

I need my paid up letter.
