Breaking code of conduct for debt collectors

I wish to file a complaint against call centre agent Yvette at Anders Inc Attorneys.<br> <br> She has been in contact with me regarding my Absa credit card account.<br> <br> I am not impressed with the manner in which she is representing your firm - She tried to intimidate me into accepting a monthly repayment plan of R1300 (even after I told her I am not able to pay that much.) On a previous phone call she trheatened to issue a judgment against me and for it to be delivered at my workplace, I asked her if she is threatening me, to which she rep****: Yes ! <br> <br> She phoned me again today, 26/03/2015, asking why I haven't made the payment of R1300 (I was only able to make a payment of R500). I told her that my Mom recently passed away and I have had a lot of expenses, I told her I am sorry but I wont be able to pay such a large amount and wanted to make an alternative arrangement of R500 per month. Before I could do that, she once again interrupted me and started threatening me to send a sheriff with a judgment to my workplace.<br> <br> Could someone more compitent please get into contact with me regarding this matter.<br> <br>
