The Natural Healing Handbook - non delivery of the book

I ordered the book The Natural Healing Handbook on 13 January 2025. Up to date the book has not been delivered by Naturalremedies.com. Even the tracking number of the book delivery they gave me has expired??? How is that possible?? I would like to know if anyone else experienced the same problem
