I paid Anchorville Aluminium CC R67,130.00 on 28 January 2026 — Invoice INV_00/1/005372 — for NEW aluminium double doors, NEW hinges, NEW flushbolts, measured frames, installation — Eco Park, Centurion. What I received: 1. OLD hinges installed as NEW — Independent expert report C4ADF19B-6BDA-4EF6-AD0D-970E67CFE7C*** dated 13 July 2026 states: "Old hinges were installed on some doors. All Pivots are damage" 2. NEW hinges withheld — THEFT — WhatsApp 06 March 2026 11:42am from installer Boss Man Ishmael Valley appointed by Anchorville: "I've replaced only hinges that needed to be replaced on the door. Please let me know if you want the other hinges that are not installed I'll drop it off" — I said yes 12:07pm — He said "No problem drop it off Monday morning" — Never dropped off — 5 months later still with them. 3. Cheap EQUINOX flushbolts supp**** that fail — I paid R700 Invoice 402 on 27 July 2026 to replace 2x flushbolts with same type — Photo attached — Fixer Christo Theunis states in writing: "Please note that we have just replaced the flush bolts with the same type. It's only a temporary fix and will not solve your current flush bolt issues" — Expert says need double-action flushbolt — Supplier supp**** cheap single-action. 4. Wrong measurement — Frame too narrow, door too wide — Covered gap with flat bar — Expert confirms. 5. Safety risk S60 CPA — 2 doors failed 21 July 2026 — Doors slam uncontrolled — Expert: "doors do not operate at a controlled speed which makes door to slam close" — SAPS attended site 13 July 2026. 6. Supplier admitted 13 manufacturing defects in own pink pen on expert report: "Anchorvile manufacturing issue", "Ancnhorville manaufctruing", "Anchorville will replce" etc — Document attached to CGSO. CGSO Case: *** — Deemed refund triggered 10 July 17:00 per S56(2) CPA — Payment breached 13 July 17:00 — FNB confirms R0 paid — Today 31 July = 18 days overdue — Total due R80,553.70 including R700 self-repair, R10k damages, R2,723 interest at R194.55/day — Supplier response 21 July: Claims "manufacture only, not installation", demands extra payment "at additional cost at consumer's cost" to fix own defects — Prohibited conduct S48(2)(a) + S68(1)(b) CPA — Wants to collect doors after deemed refund — ******** per S64 CPA. I fixed both doors temporarily myself out of own pocket because site unsafe — Both doors now closing but fixer admits temporary only and will fail again. I have: Invoice R67,130, Invoice R700, WhatsApp 06 March theft proof, expert report, 13 pink pen admissions, photos of EQUINOX flushbolts in packets, photo of doors, FNB non-payment proof, fixer admission, SAPS attendance, videos of 2 failed doors. I requested Certificate of Non-Resolution from CGSO — Case officer on leave 22-28 July — Now says I must propose to supplier despite deemed refund and all evidence — Escalated to CGSO CEO and NCC *** for Compliance Notice and S112 fine. DO NOT use Anchorville Aluminium CC until they refund me. I paid for NEW, got OLD, they kept NEW.
