123 Anchors Aweigh Hibberdene South Coast

I do not recommend 123 anchors aweigh to anyone as on arrival i entered the unit to a bad odour of mould. I had paid an additional fee for linen wich the beds was just a matress. Inside an old box on top of the cuboard there was unclean faded bed linen. i was appaled. we arrived late and just wanted to relax. The toilet had no toilet paper and the electricity meter was on 19. their was 1 lamp in bedroom and 1 in kitchen. booked for 4 adults and 2 children. 1 double bed and 2 sleeper couches in the kitchen. i was absolutley shocked on arrival. within 10 minutes I had left the property and given key back. upon phoning numerous times to the owner she didnt answer. i had to find other accomodation as my son with asthma and allergies could not stay in this mouldy smelling place. Next day i got hold of the owner she was nice and very apologetic and agreed she stated wrong pictures on the internet that stated beach river and braai facilities but all these was driving distance to. the owner agreed she will give a refund and now 3 weeks later she says she will not give a refund as left a bad star rating on booking.com. I Am appalled by the ladys broken promises as she stated. I will not stop until I get my refund. 10 minutes in a bad place and this is what happens. meter on 19. i am really disgusted how I have been treated . The owner was lovely in the beginning now she turns it around. The message received from her is shocking. disgusted
