Yeast matters

Good day Sir/ Madam

I bought yeast from one of our ****a shops in my area to my surprise my doe didn't rise i then used it again but used a table s**** instead of the tea s****. same results , i would like to inquire as to what might be the problem .

I am not one to complain but this is the first time i used your yeast and it didn't work .
