Shocking

I am desperate.... This company was selected to repair my roof in Durbanville, because e they seemed reputable. They carried out the job (roof only, I had to repair the inside ceiling) and advised that they needed to do the other parts of my roof (cement flat roof) as the bitumen was lifting on the edges. I contracted them for that some months later. In the meantime, the original slanted roof leaked again, as was obvious on the inside where the roof panelling was bulging in the same spot again, It has now been well over a year with promises, missed appointments, never pitching, excuses... I am at my witt's end and desperate for the repair to be done based on their warranty. I am selling the house and the sale clause includes the repair of the roof. I have never dealt with such outright disrespect for my time or their reputation. I just need the roof repaired? As Leslie keeps saying, it will be a quick job, in and out in a few hours. Please help me!! This morning they promised once again to be there before 8:30, it is now 13:17 and still nothing... (for the umpteenth time)
