This company is unresponsive

I tried to place an order with Anchor Rand. After eventually getting someone to respond to me I was told they would get back to me with an Invoice. This happened several times over a month period. They do not get back to you. Its ridiculous. I have ordered from them before and after a bit of hassle eventually received my order. This time they are completely unresponsive. I give up and will buy from someone else.
