After-sale service is non-existant

<p>I found these plumbers on http://plumber-plumbers.co.za/index-silverlakes-plumbers.html .</p> <p>The contact details on the invoice show the name "Anchor Plumbing".</p> <p>Their plumber, Teenage, was at our business to fix 3 things, including a basin, which then started leaking again a couple of hours after he left. We were given a 3 month warranty on their work.</p> <p>This was 3 days ago. I have made numerous phone calls to their office and each time I was not given the opportunity to explain the problem. The women who answered (Kim and another lady) were very rude!</p> <p>Half of the time I tried to phone them there would be no answer. When someone did pick up it was insisted that I give them my number again and that someone would phone back within 2 minutes. I have had no one come back to me and it's now another day later.</p> <p>We were told by Rodney this morning that the plumber is on his way whithin the hour. That was just after 8. It is now almost 11:00. The last time I phoned (this morning) the women (I did not catch her name, but remember her voice) put the phone down in my ear when I started telling her that no one is getting back to me! </p> <p>We are very frustrated with the terrible service and don't recommend them to anyone!</p>
