Unbelievably unprofessional rude owners

Wow! All I have to say is that I was deeply deeply disappointed in this place. Linen was disgusting, place was dusty and absolutely filthy. Bathrooms were an absolute nightmare. We got over charged as we spoke to the people who was booked in next to us and they had a bigger and nicer place and they payed less than we did for a ****py little tent room with 6 beds shoved into it. Not safe for kids as overnight visitors. I was not going to complain as I was not to phased by it but my friend who was on holiday with us left a review on Google and did these ****** people have the cheek to give her attitude and then claim she was not even booked in according to their records???? Well their system is obviously also a train smash then. I then checked to see their other reviews and each and every other review that was a bit negative they respond in a total unprotected and rude way. You clearly make enough money with your business but does not mean you have the right to treat people the way you do! People have all right to review their experiences at any place honestly!!!!
