Conned by campsite resort

Campers beware. This place is filthy. There's broken glass and ******* everywhere. The camp sites and fishing area have lots of building *******. The noise of the day visitors is unbearable. The toilet facilities are shared for campers and day visitors. There was urine and feces all over the toilets. There are no latches on the doors so expect people to walk in on you. The owner was very abusive too. We lost over R20000 on our holiday because they refused to refund us. We left after 2 nights. Carl sent us lovely looking pictures in an email and told us how nice the place was. It was nothing like the description. We will never return to Deneysville. Edit: Friends of ours went to Anchor Creek today 23 Dec and saw other campers on our site. I then phoned Carl to try and get a refund again but again he refused. Stating that if we leave he doesn't have to give us a refund and he can put other people on our camp site.
