No service at all

I requested a quotation for crating from Jan for goods that needed to be transported from Secunda to Durban. I received a response that evening requesting dimensions of 2 of the items which I duly supp**** the same evening. A week later and still no quote, not even a response to say that they will get back to me. I hope they treat their existing customers better than that.
