No refund
We paid for an md dress but a rental dress for my Matric dance and at no fault of my own my school decided to change the closing date to the 28 August 2026 and I paid on the 29Augustand fastward to Monday, I went to the finance office at school to show them my proof of payment, they told me and other 4 learners that they will refund us the money for our MD. I then called the lady about the matter, and she said that they don't do refund and they didn't even say or explicitly explain their no refund policy or even sign any documents about their policy. She then said to my mum that we just pray that someone books for the exact same dress for the 8th of October. My mum asked her what if it happens that the dress doesn't get booked, she said we should come take the dress on the 7 of October for the 8 October which was supposed to be my MD day, she even said I just take pictures in their dress and bring it back on the 9 October even though I'm not longer going to my matric dance. We tried calling her, she's ignoring our calls. She doesn't want to refund us the 3800 we paid for the rental dress.
