Worst Service Ever

a parcel was posted to me via Aramex on the 18th of May, i have been waiting for the delivery. i have tracked the parcel on line and i have called the cape town customer care and still no joy. it has been almost a month waiting. i have in the meantime been sent other stuff through a different courier and have received those parcels while i am still waiting for the package from Aramex.
