****** parcel or delivered to wrong address

Im so extremely annoyed. My parcel was marked as delivered on Saturday 12 PM and signed for by a Triston. I do not know a Triston and there are no Tristons in my area. I have checked with all the neighbors and nothing. I also know them all personally too so they not lying. Parcel was ****** by your driver or delivered to the wrong address. Your call center contacted your driver and he said he went to the correct address (not true) and someone came out the house to accept the parcel and they said they know Belinda . Well that is a lie. As I said YOUR DRIVER IS A THEIF OR delivered to the wrong address. How can a company operate like this? Sending packages to wrong addresses or theft. This needs to be investigated further.

THIS WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS!!!! THE NEIGHBOR'S DONT EVEN KNOW ABOUT THIS. I WANT AN ANSWER AS ANOTHER PARCEL IS COMING TO REPLACE THIS AND IT NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED THIS TIME!

your call center is useless too. No one ever answers. For such a big company its unacceptable to wait on hold for over half an hour at a time.

Will my next parcel be ****** again or delivered to the wrong address!!
