Ananda Lodge(Royal Marang)

Last year in March during the SAMA AWARDS I was a Guest with my colleagues in Rustenburg at a Lodge called Ananda which is under Royal Marang. Around 01:00am I heard some noise in my window when I checked it was 3 guys and they fired a bullet in my direction which by luck they missed me. They got into my room ****** me at gun point, took my MacBook Pro, iphone6 and iphone4, wallet and some valuables and left. I alerted the Lodge security and to my surprise the room I was in was broken into the previous week. Now I asked the Lodge to compensate me on the things I lost, they gave me a run around telling me some guy will contact me. Kept on asking why are they doing this and then I was told the guy is out sick. He finally did around April and asked me to ask my insurance how much is the access for valuables so that they can pay it. Told him I don’t have insurance and he said to me I must provide proof of purchase for the interms I lost. I bought the MacBook 3 years ago cash and I have searched for the invoice but couldn’t find. Royal Marang a company so big to treat its guest the way they’re treating me. Even now they haven’t compensated me for my valuables, I used to edit with the laptop and now I can’t make extra income because my equipment is gone because I wasn’t safe at Amanda Lodge.
