Analytic Logistics - Pathetic

Absolutely hopeless. I ordered an item from a well known online business and paid for express shipping so I would have the item within 2 working days. This was a shipment from Johannesburg to Pretoria, so not very far either. Two days came and still no parcel. Tracking information sent to me indicated that the parcel had been sent via Analytic Logistics. The tracking site simply indicated "Consignment details captured" - no pickup date. This is what it still shows two weeks later. I contacted the online merchant I purchased the item from and they in turn contacted the support manager at the courier company, who claimed that the driver had a breakdown and they were "recovering the route". Well apparently it takes more than two weeks to catch up on the delay of a single shipment. Still no shipment and emails I send to the courier support manager remain unanswered.
