What a waste of time and money!! This brand and its owner does not take me seriously. I made a payment on the 1st February and to date!! Nobody has contacted me or even offered any sort of compensation. They will respond to you on thier own time. I have still not received any form of apology or statement advising of why they have not made contact. The only thing the owner does is DM me on Instagram when she feels like it and once I respond she takes weeks before she sends another message. This service and reality if this business is the worst kind. I believe they are ******** alot of people and therefore have logged a official complaint with my bank and the police and for their sake they better hurry and sort this out before I take it to the newspaper
