Worst first online purchase!!

Worst service of my entire life! How are they still in existence. I'm waiting almost 2 months for my order and all they keep saying is that its still in the process of being made and will be ready the next week then the week after that.. Next thing you know you're waiting 5 months. They keep asking for my contact details but no one calls you. They don't respond to my Instagram messages anymore and they just keep sending the same email response to me. It's disappointing!!
