Unprofessional

My Girlfriend Ordered A dress a week ago...

Upon collection they made the wrong dress and wasn't correct in color.. They made all sorts of excuses.. Made us wait for more then an hour...

When i requested a refund they yet again made more excuses and said they can't assist me with that...

They are totally unprofessional and ***********!!!
