Took my money but no order after 2 months

I placed an order on the 9th of September 2021, and was told I would receive my order in 15 working days. This is currently the 9th week WITHOUT my order. I called and sent messages time and time again. They ignored my calls and eventually blocked my number, and aren't responding to my messages. Utterly bad customer service.
