Poor services and lack of communication from Ana eleven brand!

Poor services and no communication on order. Terribly disappointed with the lack of communication in product delays and no one will contact you if you do not follow up. Been waiting over a month for products repeatedly promised and they say that they cannot refund because the product is already in for production. Just shop somewhere else and spare yourself the grief! Terribly disappointed!!!
