Pathetic Communication

I purchased a few items about a month ago, I made payment and forward the necessary proof of payment to the company and was promised that it would be delivered within 10-12 days. No contact was made by this brand and yet no one has called me or reached out to me. I received one phone called which lasted 30 seconds and was promised a call back and no one has called me back. I contacted the owner of the company and she promised she would follow up, but no contact has been made. I requested for them to advise me of the situation and send numerous email but no feedback. I sent numerous DMs on Instagram as they keep updating their page but never respond as they only read. I would appreciate it if they could refund my money and provide me with my purchase as I am entitled to this as a consumer. It has been exactly 1 MONTH!!!!! And yet no one has responded to me.
