PATHETIC!!!!

Worst service ever been waiting for my order since 7Th December 2020 . I was told that it will take 10-12 day (because orders are custom made ) well im still waiting its been more than a month and they still advertise on sosial media for new orders ????? how if you cant even complete orders from a month ago ?
