online shopping complaint

I've had the worst experience ever with this online shopping, i placed an order on the 6th f January ad made a full payment of R850 until today i have not received my order nor get communication from them, I've tried several times to contact them via email and telephonically but they choose to ignore me and i also tried sending them messages on Instagram but they don't reply , its been 3 months now since I've placed my order and i requested my refund with no luck, ,you tell us to support local businesses and this is what you do you **** us and make us look like fools.I want my money back
