Lack of customer service

By far the worst experience, *********** customer service... It's surprising how the main store and admin don't communicate... Donne informed me to collect my items at the store only to find out that it hasn't arrived and I ordered my items a month ago unfortunately they don't do refunds... Improve your customer service ladies
