Horrible service! ********!

If you're thinking of buying something from Ana11, DON'T! I've been waiting for my order for more than a month now and I keep sending them emails and DMs back and forth but they don't respond even though they read them. Ana Eleven Brand are the biggest ******** and just plain trash.
