Horrible Service - Ana11brand

I made and paid for an order from Ana11brand last year 10th December 2020 and I was told that I will receive my order within 10days .. it’s now about 4months and I still haven’t received my order, they ignore my DM’s and don’t reply to emails whenever I try to request a refund.. as soon as I threaten to report them they say it is still in production...their service is disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone .
