Do not Purchase from Ana Eleven

I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to buy from Ana Eleven. I ordered a Dress and Joggers on the 3rd of JULY till today it's a month and week I don't hear from them. They wait for you to make a follow up. They tell you the colour you ordered they don't have it you have to take the one they have. I asked them please return my money they don't want they keep telling you will send the order next week till weeks become months. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ,ireliable, inconsistent people.very very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
