DO NOT order from this brand,unless you want to waste money

Oh this is going to be a long one,but firstly I’d advise that you don’t be fooled by this brand firstly:they tell you you’ll get your item(s) within a period of 2 weeks ,then 2 weeks become a month and a month becomes months,yes MONTHS!,then prior to get your parcel they’ll tell you something like :schedule an appointment via email because they realised a lot of customers would come to the store and fetch their own items and another thing they DONT DO refunds which is also concerning because as any business operates:if you can’t provide the product on time the best way is to refund it right?(oh but not this brand) and also another thing is after you scheduled your appointment they’ll tell you when to pick it up,if it’s a lot of items best believe you won’t get them then,because on the day of pick up there’ll be another excuse.I’m honestly saddened by the service they’ve given me because I genuinely wanted to support them( like I always support women owned businesses)but as for this brand I’m never ordering from them again,They’re service should improve and they need to stop making up excuses and lies prior to parcel collection.My advice is:Save your money and rather order from SHEIN ,not this ****
