Close down the business

I ordered the joggers set and I chose an extra large as I am pregnant. It's been a month and my order has not been dispatched, I am stressing out so badly and it's affecting my pregnancy. I am jobless and I can't afford to buy clothes more clothes, I honestly thought they would pity me but they don't even care..The stress and panic mode has really made me sick, but I can't help it, these people don't care at all about their customers. I sent emails, I inboxed but nothing, no help, whatsoever.
