Bunch of ********* who have disgusting service

My colleagues and I made a purchase on the 28th of May, we didn't get response or feedback for 2 weeks, they answered me once and started to ignoring me on Instagram and emails. My colleague tried to text them they answered until they ignored her. They called saying they will send the tracking number but until today nothing and they just ignoring all of us. We want our money back no matter what!!!!!!!!! They are heartless and disgusting business owners
