Bad service and unprofessionalism from Ana Eleven Brand

I placed my order over 2 months ago and I still haven't received it. I have sent DMs and emails and they keep saying my order will be completed as soon as possible. I honestly don't understand why I should keep contacting them about my order. They also refuse to give me a refund. Their service is very terrible and they're clearly unprofessional and not fit enough to run their business online.
