Bad customer service and delivery

I am very disappointed in their service I made an order on the 4th of January it's almost a month still nothing and the worst part is they not communicating with me, I am really ****ed at this establishment. I have requested money back and no response I wish people can see this and stop buying from them I am still waiting for my parcel
