Ana11brand poor service

Oh my goodness! I am just from Ana11 store in Northview shopping centre to personally demand for my refund! I place an order on the 1st of September 2021. Today is the 15th October and had still not received my order. I have been emailing them and sending them dms on their Instagram page. I would either get vague responses or even non. I put it on myself and a friend of my to go there this morning. Luckily the shop was opened and I managed to speak to 3 ladies running the store. They had a stinking attitude towards me and my friend after I let them know that I unimpressed with their poor services. they had no remorse whatsoever. They really didn’t even care and never gave me the option to get my money back instead they forced me to take the clothing items I had ordered. At this point I don’t even want their clothes or any memory of them! Let us please share how bad this store is so that others are warned and protected from this ****! Their contact is as follows ***
