I ordered from this store on the beginning of July now we almost at the end of August month and I haven't received my order. They said it would take 20 days to get it but until now I did not. I email them almost every day now but they stopped replying to my emails. I used to do weekly check ups in July and they used to reply now they just ghosted out on me. I paid a whole R1300 to this company I will not let it slide. If it means I'll take legal action so be it because I've been patient with them for too long. They could not deliver their service on time so a refund is the only option. What kind of a business is this. Where you take people's money and don't give them what they ordered.. Unprofessional, unreliable and they don't care about customer service. I tried to support you but this is what I get? Ridiculous.
