ANA 11 BRAND MUST FALL!

What a mess! I paid them, received confirmation that they got my order etc. Its been 3 months and I have had no refund or products delivered. I've sent multiple messages and emails and still no feedback. I am currently in the process of dealing with this via SAPS and my bank. They need to learn a hard lesson!
