Terrible service and theft

I found Amy's Cleaning Services to be incredibly unprofessional!!

1. Amy kept harassing me to make immediate payments. Absolutely inappropriate! 2. Kept asking me to contact my bank to see where the money was. 3. Sent me a screenshot of her bank account. 4. She wanted an extra R1000 to fix her carpet machine. 5. Kept asking for more monies than required at that stage. Not my problem if you cannot manage your money. 6. Did a re-occupational clean whereby exterior dust, cupboard filth, and papers were left in the spaces where I specifically asked her to pay attention. In other words, your work was beyond disappointing. 7. I paid for services in advance, which were not done. All I wanted to do was support her as I could tell she needed business. My kindness was taken advantage of. I should have listened to my instincts to recognise I was being ****med. My expectations are reasonable and I did not expect to be as dissatisfied as what I am. She acknowledged owing me money. We agreed to a time of payment as I wanted to assist her in alleviating pressure, and she has still yet to pay me. That was over a month ago. DO NOT USE AMY. She WILL ***** your money and her level of professionalism is close to 0%. Because you have ****** my money and ****med me, I will be letting everyone know not to use your ‘services’. It’s a pleasure.
