Was very impressed by this travel agent. We booked with them before lockdown restrictions. Everything changed when restrictions were imposed. My husband and I were so worried because we had just arrived for our holiday. We called AMW Holidays to find out the plan. They were very responsive to our queries and offered to arrange for our flights back to SA. Tour our surprise, they offered to give us a refund immediately - as soon as we landed in Johannesburg the following day, the funds reflected in our accounts.
