All Talk, Less Action, and Poor Service

I was honestly disappointed in the service that I received from this company, and I would like others not to experience the same things that I went through - not having peace of mind. Firstly, Amun Mello is a digital marketing agency which is supposed to assist other businesses with digital brand visibility and bolstering digital brand presence, etc. So, I requested assistance with my company website, which is something that they were able to do. Secondly, there was poor project communication regarding expectations, timelines etc. I requested amendments to typos and other details that I did not like on the website, but none of my requests were ever attended to. Thirdly, they **** about the six (6) month free domain hosting that was part of the package I chose. I only received three (3) months domain hosting. When I enquired about when my six (6) month free hosting will lapse, I never received any answer. Lastly, the email addresses for my business were never created when the website was created and I had to constantly remind them of this. Till this day nothing has been done to remedy the above-mentioned complaints. Please be careful when dealing with this company.
